He is experienced in treating a wide variety of patients and enjoys seeing all patients in general practice. He has undertaken further training in dry needling (‘western medical acupuncture’) , which helps to support his gentle chiropractic care.

Sophie Bell
Book
Sophie graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a distinction in her masters degree. She has trained extensively for the past 4 years to ensure she can help patients get back to their optimum health. This can include helping to eliminate general aches and pains or aid recovery from injuries.
She has gained a special interest in helping patients live a more healthy, active lifestyle. She loves providing support and resources to help patients improve factors like diet, exercise, sleep and mental health which can all contribute to pain. Sophie also enjoys helping patients get back into activities their pain has once prevented them from taking part in. One of Sophie’s favourite aspects of her job is teaching patients the interesting science behind pain, in order to help them understand why they feel the pain they do.
Sophie has also developed a special interest in treating pregnant patients and helping them manage any pain or discomfort that may arise while their body is undergoing pregnancy related changes. Therefore, she has completed further education in treating pregnant patients, particularly regarding pregnancy related back and pelvic pain
Outside of the clinic Sophie loves reading, hiking and cooking. She is new to Manchester and has been enjoying exploring the city, including trying out new cafes and restaurants. She also loves live music and going to concerts.
Sophie’s registered professional bodies are: the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
